Meet Enoch, Jubilees & Jasher.
Three ancient texts. One complete audiobook. Listen whenever and wherever you want.
Go beyond the familiar Scriptures. These are the writings Jude quoted by name, that Joshua and Second Samuel point you toward by title, and that have been preserved in the Ethiopian Orthodox tradition while most Bibles left them out.
The Book of Enoch The visions Jude quotes by name.
The Book of Jubilees—Genesis and Exodus as the Ethiopian Church has read them for centuries.
The Book of Jasher—The lost chronicle named twice in Scripture.
Don’t just read about the references. Listen to the texts.
I started listening to the audiobook during my morning commute and was completely hooked. Being able to listen to Enoch, Jubilees, and Jasher instead of sitting down to read made it so much easier to get through. I’ve already gone back to a few chapters because there was so much to take in.
Didn't expect it to feel like coming home. I've read Genesis a hundred times but reading Enoch alongside it made me feel like I'd been reading an incomplete sentence my whole life.
Thought it would just be a curiosity. I assumed Enoch was fringe material. Three chapters in I understood why it was removed. This book deserves a place on every serious reader's shelf.
Assumed Jasher was not for good Christians. My pastor warned me off it. Reading it myself I found nothing but history that fills gaps the Bible leaves open.
The book landed before the hardcover did. I pre-ordered and the PDF came instantly. Read it twice before the physical copy arrived. Worth every penny.
Didn't think an English edition existed. Growing up Ethiopian Orthodox we always knew these books. I never thought I'd find them bound together in English like this.
Expected another footnote, not the full text. Every Bible study I've been to mentions Enoch in passing. This is the first time I've had the actual text in my hands.
Finally read all three cover to cover. I've owned separate versions of these books for years. Having them bound together made me actually finish all three for the first time.
My grandson asked why his Bible was missing Enoch. I didn't have an answer. Now we're reading this together and it's become our Sunday morning tradition.
