Didn't expect it to feel like coming home. I've read Genesis a hundred times but reading Enoch alongside it made me feel like I'd been reading an incomplete sentence my whole life.

I assumed Enoch was fringe material and almost didn't order. Then I read it next to Jude, where it's quoted by name. It reads like context for the Bible I already know, not a replacement for it.

Assumed Jasher was not for good Christians. My pastor warned me off it. Reading it myself I found nothing but history that fills gaps the Bible leaves open.

The free EPUB landed in my inbox right after I ordered. I'd read it twice on my phone before the hardcover showed up.

Didn't think an English edition existed. Growing up Ethiopian Orthodox we always knew these books. I never thought I'd find them bound together in English like this.

Expected another footnote, not the full text. Every Bible study I've been to mentions Enoch in passing. This is the first time I've had the actual text in my hands.

Finally read all three cover to cover. I've owned separate versions of these books for years. Having them bound together made me actually finish all three for the first time.

My grandson asked why his Bible was missing Enoch. I didn't have an answer. Now we're reading this together and it's become our Sunday morning tradition.
